2016 Bigger Red

Categories: ,

The nose has layers of ripe, even stewed, red and blue fruit with baking spice aromas of vanilla, cardamom and clove. The palate is dry, yet slightly juicy from the ripeness of the fruit and tannins, but the flavours are concentrated and intense. Black cherry, black raspberry liqueur and sweet dark rum finish. This is a pleasing wine. Have this with red meat and firm cheese.
