A family of passionate individuals that love all things vinous. We have been making wine in the area for over a decade, and this is our first project on our own. We source only the best fruit from the Niagara region, working closely with growers that share our attention to detail and pursuit of the highest quality. We hope you enjoy!

WE ARE OPEN FOR TASTINGS in our NEW LOCATION at 823 LINE 6 ROAD in NOTL. 

Tastings are available to book through our online reservation system (Tock). 5 pours for $25/person. If the group is having more than 4 flights, each flight must be the same, please email info@bigheadwines.ca to book parties larger than 4 people. 

*A minimum of 24 hours is required for a refund for any cancellation.
*Please note that an email or voicemail message does not confirm a reservation, payments for tasting(s) are taken at time of booking. Flights (x3 pours not including the RAW series) at our tasting bar are available for parties up to 4 guests on a first come first serve basis.
 
Retail store is open 7 days a week 11am-6pm Thursday through Monday and 11am-5pm Tuesday and Wednesday.

*Our Pizza Patio is now open. Thursday through Monday 12pm-6pm. Last call for pizza order is 5:00pm

We are still offering free shipping within Ontario on all retail orders of 6 bottles or more.

IN THE CELLAR

Appassimento; Passito; Vin de Paille; Strohwein; Schilfwein; Prošek; Slámové vino; Vin Santo; Vino de Pasas; Caballo Blanco; Wineries from all over the world are embracing the art of drying grapes to concentrate the flavour and structure of the must and resulting wine. We have been using tobacco kilns and we like the results. We hand-harvest the grapes, gently placing each bunch in a single layer and only selecting the healthiest fruit. The kilns provide a perfect environment; plenty of ventilation and air-flow and the cool fall and winter temperatures slow down the process and prevent rot.
